*Four Night Program runs the first four nights with transfer after breakfast to Spoleto train station on Day Five ITINERARY Day One Arrive at your luxury accommodations and relax. Your hotel is situated in the beautiful medieval town of Bevagna.
Enjoy an aperitif and a warm welcome by the lovely owners Tiziana and Francesco.
Tonight you will have a wonderful welcome dinner on the premises. Day Two  Enjoy a tour of the local growers markets with expert chef Antonio Falcone. Followed by your first
hands on cooking class and lunch.
After lunch owner Francesco will take you on a tour around town to visit local artisans along with the
ancient Roman Ruins of Bevagna. Transfer to the hill town of Montefalco in the evening for a wine tasting tour at a world renowned
winery followed by dinner in the historical centre. Day Three  After breakfast at your leisure you will meet Antonio in the kitchen for a hands on cooking class followed by lunch.
Visit Assisi in the early afternoon where we will visit the sanctuary of Saint Francis and an exclusive entry to view the Basilica in the historical centre. After touring around Assisi we will transfer to the quaint town of Spello for a stroll through the city centre where you will find an array of interesting artisans and a fabulous Gelato stop! This evening you will have have the evening free to dine on your own. Day Four  This morning after breakfast we will transfer to the town of Deruta, famous for its ceramics.
Enjoy a tour at a local store where you will see a family run work-shop After touring you will have time to shop around on your own before enjoying lunch in the quaint hill town of Bettona. Transfer back to Bevagna for our last cooking class with Antonio followed by dinner and good bye celebrations. Day Five  This morning we say good bye to Tiziana, Francesco and staff. Transfer to Spoleto. Spoleto is known as one of the most graceful of all hill towns with its medieval appearance and superb assembly of museums and Romanesque monuments.
We will stop for lunch and a cooking demonstration of traditional Umbrian bread ‘Torta al Testo’ at Castel San Giovanni. The Vivaldi family will welcome you to their restaurant. Arrive at your accommodations in Spoleto. This superb residence is situated above the historical centre and boasts exceptional views of the valley. The property was once the country residence of architect Giovanni Battista Milani one of the most important exponents of Roman architecture. Enjoy dinner at an authentic restaurant in the historical centre. Day Six  Arrive in town for a guided tour of the city centre followed by free time to shop and enjoy lunch.
In the evening we will transfer down to the city centre for dinner at Il Tartufo. Enjoy a tasting menu of truffles, Italy's delicacy. Day Seven Transfer to Train station of Spoleto Arriverderci! Group Size
