Provence, France - 3, 4 or 5 nights

Learn to cook modern Provençal cuisine in France while staying at a beautiful 5 star hotel with a gorgeous spa. In the five night program you will get to got to the local market to see all of the fresh seasonal produce of Provence. Then back to the chateau for your cooking classes which will either take place outdoors in the exquisite brand new kitchen garden or indoors in an ancient wine cellar, depending on weather and season. An outstanding culinary experience awaits you! A three or four night program is also available. 


 The classes, which are designed to be for small groups (2 to 16 people), are for those with all skill levels. The courses capture the essence of Provençal cookery.


The five night course includes four cooking classes designed to learn about Provençal cuisine, both classic and contemporary, a visit to an olive oil mill as well as a tour of the Château's cellar and a tutored wine-tasting.





SAMPLE FIVE NIGHT ITINERARY (Arrival must be on a Tuesday or Wednesday)




Arrival after 3pm to your beautiful hotel for the week.


Dinner tonight will be at the gastronomic restaurant of the hotel (drinks not included).

Your first cooking class will be at 10:30am. The Chef will explain the recipe and will go over the various steps prior to execution.


The cooking class is followed by the tastings of the dishes that you have prepared in the morning.

Day Three - THURSDAY



Breakfast at leisure 


10.30am : Your second cooking class will be at 10:30am and will be followed by the tasting of dishes prepared in the morning



At 4.00pm you will have a wine tour and tasting of 3 wines (duration : 1 hour / the day may vary according to availability)





Day Four - FRIDAY


Breakfast at leisure


Your third cooking class with your chef will take place at 10:30am and will be followed by the tasting of dishes prepared in the morning.


 At 3pm you will be transferred to a local olive mill for a short free visit and return to your hotel.

Your final cooking class will take place at 10.30am and will be followed by the tasting of dishes prepared in the morning


Afternoon at leisure


Overnight in a deluxe room.



Day Six - SUNDAY


Breakfast at leisure - Departure by 11am.


*According to season, itinerary can vary slightly. Definite program to be given upon arrival.
*Based on availability and theme at the time of booking, the cooking class can also be offered in the afternoon at 5.00pm


*The content or order of the itinerary may change depending on dates, availability of services or activities, local festivals/holidays, weather constraints, etc. *Menus are samples and may vary according to the season






Students arrive on their own at 10/10:30am with classes beginning at 10:30am and ending at 2:30pm.


Students will prepare a starter, main course and dessert and will dine on their creations after the class with the chef.  





A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this tour and the tour is limited to a maximum of 16 participants. 


(The number of participants refers to how many persons are required to run the tour, not to how many persons you must have in your party. Please inquire.)





By air: Airports at Nice or Toulon-Hyères/ (one hour’s drive)/Helicopter transfer from Nice (20 minutes) to the estate’s helicopter landing area


By train: TGV station – Les Arcs Argens – 15 minute drive

After availability is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 30% per person and the completed and submitted registration form will secure your reservation. Final payment is due in 75 days prior to your arrival date.

FIVE NIGHT PROGRAM (Arrival must be on Tuesday or Wednesday) 


*Five (5) nights' accommodaiton in a deluxe double room, including buffet breakfast
*One (1) dinner at hotel's gastronomic restaurant Découverte (set) menu excluding beverages
*One (1) Wine tour at 11.00am or 4.00pm: Following a short visit of the wine stores, discover one of our signature wines for a guided wine tasting (3 wines – duration 1 hour – day to be defined at the time of booking).
*Four (4) cooking classes (classes are available at 10.30am or 5.00pm on Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday - Cooking themes change every week, please ask at the time of booking). Approximate duration of the class: 2h30, followed by the tasting of prepared dishes during the class
*One (1) round trip transfer visit a local olive oil mill (free visit) on Friday morning (departure at 9.45am) or afternoon (departure at 3.00pm) 




*Day Cooking Class includes class and the meal - drinks included (wines of the Château, mineral water and coffee).

Airfare, local city taxes, drinks where indicated, and personal expenses are not included.
