CLIENT REMARKS

"Dear Jo-Ann - Everything was great! No problems with booking or the cooking lessons. My daughter and I had the BEST time! We learned a lot in a relaxing, beautiful setting. We met very interesting , fun people and really enjoyed the side trips. The food we learned to cook was amazing!" - Shirley R., Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

"Dear Jo-Ann - The holiday in Sorrento was outstanding! All we could have wished for and more ...! All the crew were welcoming without being intrusive and made us feel like part of their family. The communal meals out on the patio were a highlight both for the quality of the fare and for the varied company of the other guests from all corners of the globe. It became apparent that the programme as supplied to us at the beginning of the week was quite fluid and evolved somewhat over time in the nicest possible Italian way! Our excursions by car (and, unexpectedly, by boat) around the peninsula with Salvatore and by car to Pompei with Odilia were all quite memorable so, altogether, we loved it!" - Phil O., Tasmania, Australia

"Dear Jo-Ann - We had a great trip! Everything worked out very nicely. We were very happy, the classes were great, the family was very nice, it was a wonderful experience overall!  Thank you again for helping us with this great trip!" - Isabel C., Houston, Texas

"Dear Jo-Ann - My experience was perfect! My hosts were absolutely wonderful and they provided everything I needed. The whole family made my stay absolutely magical. The accommodation was very homey. Active Gourmet Holidays made this trip wonderful because I didn't have to plan any excursions. Everything was taken care of. I have recommended Active Gourmet Holidays to my mother and people at work who might want a similar excursion. This trip was the perfect getaway with enough activities to cover the region. The language lessons were fantastic and I had the opportunity to meet with people from all over the world. Even though we couldn't speak in our first languages we managed to find another language to communicate in. The cooking instruction with Chef Longo was incredible. Learning to make pasta and cannolis was a personal goal. What a wonderful adventure! Thank you Active Gourmet Holidays". - Christy M., Merrimack, New Hampshire

"Dear Jo-Ann - In just a few days, I was introduced to so much more about the region's specialties than I ever imagined possible. Plus, hanging out with the other students and getting to take part in the preparation of the dinner was a LOT of fun. Great stop for a solo traveler"!! - Tracey Z., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
