Hike through ancient villages tucked away in the woods; fragrant hedges of rosemary and lavender; festive fields of sunflowers; cypress-lined country lanes; and the most stunning views of ancient cities and towering fortresses. Then visit the wine producers responsible for the creation of some of the most dynamic wines in the world including Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti dei Colli Senesi. You will also learn how oil olive and Pecorino cheese are made.
