Learn to cook like a native Italian in the center of ancient Rome. Whether you are a novice or a serious gourmand, you will learn recipes from an experienced Italian chef. First you will be taken on a personalized tour of the most famous markets in Rome to collect your ingredients for the class. Afterwards, you will head to a beautiful home for a hands-on cooking class with your host and chef.
ITINERARY MARKET TOUR AND COOKING CLASS  9:30AM - Meet your chef/guide for a visit to the bustling Roman market to choose your ingredients for the cooking class. You will learn how to choose the freshest vegetables, meats and fish and will enjoy hearing the vendors behind their stalls trying to sell their products. It's an experience of a lifetime - being immersed in the smells, sounds and flavors of an authentic Italian market! This is followed by a short visit to see how pasta is made before walking 10 minutes to your cooking class at the chef's home.
11:00am - Begin your hands-on cooking lesson with your experienced 'chef for the day" in a beautiful private home in the heart of ancient Rome. You will learn creative, simple and delicious home style Italian recipes that are very easy to replicate once you return home. Enjoy some Italian Prosecco as you participate in this authentic experience.
 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Enjoy a five course delicious lunch of your creations, each course paired with an appropriate wine, in either a garden setting or a beautiful dining room, depending on the weather. Buon appetito!
You will be finished with enough time to enjoy all that Bella Roma has to offer, including shopping, history and archtiecture, and enjoying the wonderful people of this incredible city! GROUP SIZE A minimum of 1 participant is required to run this tour and the tour is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
