ITINERARY
DAY ONE International Arrival in Florence Arrive in Florence in the late morning; Hotel Check in Hotel Donatello, 3 star Comfort Inn in Florence; After check-in, time to rest; Overnight in Florence. Note: Optional activities – Depending on your arrival time:
*Cooking Class with Barbara Desderi: in the morning or in the afternoon (in the morning with and in the afternoon without visit at the S.Ambrogio market because it is open only from 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m ). The course includes 4 recipes, the school apron, handouts which include the recipes of the dishes presented during the lesson and lunch or dinner with wine at the end of the class. See pricing below.
DAY TWO Florence
“Gastronomic walking Tour”: explore the San Lorenzo Market with Judy Witts who was featured in Food and Wine and in an article that appeared in Town and Country Travel Magazine. Discover gastronomic Florence with a food lover's walking tour of the Central Market with tastings and lunch. This discovering experience includes a trattoria lunch and dining guide/map of Florence plus a cloth shopping bag. Overnight in Florence. DAY THREE Florence 
AM - Free to explore the city of Florence; Special Cooking Course at Helvetia & Bristol by Chef, Enzo Pettè. With more than 15 years of experience, Enzo teaches with great passion the simplicity of recreating ancient customs and traditions into a grand contemporary feast. Lessons are small and intimate with hands-on experience. You will prepare a seasonal menu using the finest ingredients on the market. After all your hard work, wander through to the hotel’s enchanting bar and restaurant, the Hostaria Bibendum, for an aperitif before sitting down to a leisurely dinner of the delicious dishes you have prepared. Each pasta & flans course includes: Apron – Hat – professional gloves – Cooking class participation Certificate – aperitif – dinner. Overnight in Florence. *Cooking Course in Radda in Chianti at Palazzo Leopoldo held in the old kitchen of the Palazzo. This course will take you on a culinary journey of traditional Tuscan cuisine. This entertaining “hands on” course held in the magnificent hotel kitchen of the Palazzo includes a guided fresh food market tour where guests assist in selecting only the freshest ingredients. Afterwards, enjoy the fruits of your labor as you dine in the Palazzo's dining room. Course includes certificate of completion and recipe book of the meal you prepare; Overnight Radda in Chianti at four star Hotel San Niccolo. DAY FIVE Radda in Chianti AM - Transfer to Casole D’Elsa for an exceptional experience, a cooking course at Michelin one star Il Colombaio restaurant with a demonstration class, of the preparation of a 4 courses menu: starter, pasta/risotto/zuppa, main course and dessert. Course are tailored to guests experience level and you can even choose the type of menu you would like to prepare. The dishes change according to the season and to the clients' preference and are discussed previously. Each course includes an apron and the meal (drinks not included).
